Odette Kouzou
Founder/Curator
Odette Kouzou (b. 1994) lives and works in Athens as a curator and art advisor. She holds an MA degree in Performance Studies, Tisch School of the Arts/NYU (2019), and a BA degree from Art History and Theory, Athens School of Fine Arts (2017). She is the founder and curator of the residency art program Thermia Project in Kythnos, which was financially supported by the Ministry of Culture in 2022. She is currently a curatorial assistant and art advisor, alongside Aphrodite Gonou (Contemporary Art Advisor of the Museum of Cycladic Art), and was selected to participate in the Whitechapel and NEON Curatorial Exchange Program as an emerging curator, in 2020.

Nasos Anagnostopoulos
Digital Manager
Nasos Anagnostopoulos is responsible for overseeing and implementing the digital image of Thermia Project, and is the production assistant during the art residency programme and installation of the exhibition. Nasos Anagnostopoulos is a developer with ten years of experience in cutting-edge web and mobile applications. His specialisation lies in the field of cyber security, where he previously held a leadership position as the head of the cyber security department at Aspida Cyber security (Cygnus), from 2018 to 2020. He holds an MSc in Digital Systems Security from the University of Piraeus (2018-2020), and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Surrey, Guildford UK (2009-2012). Since 2020 he has been working as a freelance professional based in Athens, and continues his collaboration with Aspida Cyber security (Cygnus), Altsol Ltd, as well as other companies in Greece and abroad.

Niki Soumpassis
Production Manager
Niki Soumpassis works as a project and production coordinator in the fields of culture and the arts. Her work primarily focuses on multi-thematic and multidisciplinary research based art and educational projects, cinema, and the drafting of proposals for national, international and European funding programmes. As the production coordinator of Thermia Project, she undertakes the organization and execution of the artist hosting programme. She has been involved in the film industry, in production and organization and as an assistant director, and actively engages as an independent researcher and filmmaker. She holds a BA degree in German Language and Literature (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), and an MA degree in Gender Studies (Panteion University of Athens).
